Our maternity ward underwent a major refurbishment in September 2007.

Delivery Suites

• Spacious Delivery Suites,
• Multi functional birthing beds
• Large ensuites with showers
• Television with in-hospital movies
• Telephone
• Therapeutic comfort tools available eg. Heat packs, electric oil burners, bean bags

Special Care Unit

• Level 2 facility,
• Ability to provide care for neonates from 32 weeks gestation
• Recently refurbished nursery environment
• Modern equipment
• Mother’s private feeding room
• Experienced neonatal nurses to provide care & support
• Expert medical backup available 24hrs a day

Our Antenatal/ Postnatal ward

• Single room accommodation with ensuite,
• Twin share accommodation with shared bathroom.

Note: All accommodation is subject to availability, if you do not receive the type of accommodation that you prefer, we will aim to transfer you to your desired accommodation when/if it becomes available.

• Husbands/ Partners are welcome at all times in our Maternity Unit.
• Overnight accommodation for husbands/ partners is only available upon request.
• Depending on your health fund an out of pocket charge may be payable per night.
• Please call your health fund or our reception for confirmation
• An A La Carte menu is available for all patients. Meals for husbands/ partners are available for a nominal charge
