Kareena Private gets involved in Heart Week

Kareena Private is proud to be apart of Heart Week 2012, and will be offering complimentary Blood Pressure and Glucose Checks at the following times and locations:

Monday 7th May at Sutherland Library 9:30am to 3:00pm
Tuesday 8th May at Caringbah Pool 7:00am to 1:00pm
Wednesday 9th May at Kareena Hospital 10:00am to 3:00pm
Friday 11th May at Sutherland Pool from 7:00am to 1:00pm

This year Heart Week is all about spreading awareness to our local community about the warning signs of a heart attack. During Heart Week, the Heart Foundation will be urging all Australians to learn the warning signs of heart attack and the importance of maintaining a healthy heart. 

"Heart attacks aren't what you think. They can vary from person to person and the symptoms may not always be sudden or severe. But they do all have one thing in common- the sooner you seek treatment, by calling Triple Zero, the less damage is done. Learn the warning signs today and survive tomorrow." Heart Foundation, 2012.
