Kareena caters for a full range of specialties including cardiology, orthopaedics, general surgery, colorectal surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, general medicine, geriatric medicine, rehabilitation, gastroenterology, plastic surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, respiratory medicine and vascular surgery. Radiology and pathology services are also available on site.
Our hospital has been serving the Sutherland community and surrounds for over 50 years and has provided caring support and quality clinical care for patients and their families across generations.
We pride ourselves on having a wonderful team of clinical and support staff who, as a group, have achieved over 1300 years of personal and warm clinical care to patients at Kareena Private Hospital.

Kareena Private is a teaching hospital partnering with the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales which means we support undergraduate nurses, post graduate nurses and student enrolled nurses. You will always be informed and introduced should a student be working alongside your registered nurse or VMO.
